I have been having a rat problem in my attic space for a couple of months now. I googled Rat trappers and luckily... stumbled upon Rats to Bats Pests and wildlife control. Taylor answered my call immediately and was at my house within the hour for an inspection. The inspection costs money, but saves you a ton of money. You get honest feedback and results instead of paying for unnecessary services. Taylor not only informed me of what needs to be done to prevent and stop the rat problem, he showed me firsthand. After over a year of frustration with our regular pest control company, during which rats returned repeatedly, Taylor solved the problem in about 3 weeks! It was a challenge but he kept coming back till he got it done.We contracted for the full range of pest control services and it cost half of what we were paying before. Taylor was very knowledgeable regarding the issues that we had. He is straightforward and has a comforting sense about... him. He used common sense and developed a logical plan to trap the critter that was burrowing under our house. The critter was trapped and Taylor took him to a remote land area and released the animal to hopefully live out its natural days. Taylor and Nick were wonderful! They came out the day after I called them and immediately told me what they had found... in my attic. They started the treatment the same day and came back every day after that. They did a great job of sealing up every area of my roof where rats were entering, and even placed traps in my garage to be sure nothing was left. They will be returning in three months to double check and make sure those pesky rats don't decide to try to come back! Thanks Taylor and Nick for a job well done!! Taylor and Nick are wonderful to work with! We recently had an experience with an uninvited lizard stuck in a vent at... our house, and after calling them late in the afternoon, they came out early the next morning. They quickly and humanely removed the lizard, and took him with for a more suitable relocation. While they were here, they took a look at all possible entry points to make sure this doesn't happen again, all without suggesting unnecessary work or expense for us. I just recently had a racoon decide she wanted to move into my attic to have her babies. I contacted Taylor the owner... of Rats to bats wildlife to see what could be done. The racoon already tore up portions of my roof and soffit. Taylor came to my house within 24 hrs that we talked by phone so he could evaluate the situation. I appreciated how he explained everything he was going to do and why. I felt confident after we talked about hiring him. I was 100% satisfied with the services he offered and his professional appearance and demeanor. The racoon was gone within 24 hours of me hiring him. The repairs to the roof and soffit were professionally repaired and reinforced and he removed some rats I didn't even know were in the attic as well. I also like the fact that he offered a maintenance program with discreet looking boxes around the perimeter of my home for deterrent against future critters invading my attic.
