1. Services Provided

Rats to Bats specializes in professional pest management and wildlife relocation. Our core services include:

  • Pest Control: Structural treatments for insects and common household pests.
  • Exclusion & Prevention: Sealing, patching, and modifying structures to prevent future wildlife entry.
  • Bat Removal: Safe, legal, and humane bat exclusion and structural decontamination.
  • Rodent Control: Eradication, trapping, and cleanup of rats, mice, and other rodents.
  • Raccoon Removal: Trapping, humane removal, and repair of damage caused by raccoons.
  • Snake Removal: Safe capture, handling, and relocation of venomous and non-venomous snakes.

2. Estimates, Quotes, and Inspections

  • All initial quotes or service estimates provided over the phone or online are subject to change pending an on-site structural inspection.
  • Written estimates remain valid for [30] days from the date issued unless stated otherwise in writing.

3. Customer Responsibilities & Property Access

To ensure the safety of our technicians and the success of our treatments, the customer agrees to:

  • Provide our team with full, safe access to the property, attic, crawlspaces, and perimeter at the scheduled service time.
  • Keep pets and children clear of treated areas for the specific duration advised by your service technician.
  • Follow pre-treatment instructions (e.g., cleaning specific areas, clearing obstacles) if provided prior to our arrival.

4. Service Guarantees and Warranties

  • Exclusion Warranties: Warranties for structural exclusion work (keeping animals out) apply only to the specific entry points sealed by Rats to Bats. We are not responsible for new holes chewed or created by wildlife in untreated areas after our service is completed.
  • Pest Maintenance: Standard pest control treatments may require recurring visits to maintain maximum effectiveness. One-time treatments do not guarantee permanent eradication.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We value your time and ask that you value ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled inspection or service visit, you must notify us at least [24 hours] in advance. Failure to do so may result in a rescheduling fee.

6. Payments and Billing

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior invoicing terms have been formally arranged.
